How many guests can you cater for?
Guest numbers depend on the style of event and menu. As a guide, HOST caters for approximately 6 to 60 guests.
Do you travel?
Yes. HOST provides Summer experiences throughout Tunbridge Wells, Frant, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas of Kent and Sussex. If your event is further afield, please get in touch.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements can usually be accommodated with advance notice.
Can you help with gazebos or outdoor cover?
Yes. We work with trusted local suppliers who can provide stretch tents, gazebos and outdoor cover where required, helping create a complete outdoor event experience.
How far in advance should I book?
Summer dates fill quickly, particularly weekends. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible to discuss availability.
